Two different spark plug part numbers for E43?

Two different spark plug part numbers for E43?
I'm seeing two different part numbers for OEM spark plugs on FCP Euro, 0041598103 and 2701590600, for my 2017 E43. I'm unsure which one to get. The former is a bit more expensive so perhaps it is the most recent part number? Mbpartscenter.com doesn't list the more expensive one as being a replacement though. Does anyone know which one I need?

Summary: get them from the dealer with Mercedes logo (probably NGK), will be threaded correctly when installed to proper torque, and not that expensive compared to online.

Late reply again but thank you. I just ended up getting them from the dealer to avoid any issues. They were about $140 USD.
I still have about 2,300 miles to go, until my 100k service, but I'm getting my parts together early. I feel confident I won't have to worry about having the right part, when the time comes to put them in.
