2019 Mercedes E63s MSRP 123k
I strongly believe my insurance company is not giving me the fair value. All your opinions will be greatly appreciated and matter.
From my personal knowledge and research, I'm sure all of you would agree that this vehicle is worth roughly between 62k and 67k at least on the current market since there's not that many of them available, the car is in excellent condition and been maintained properly and no accidents at all !!! PLEASE post your opinions and what do you think the value of this particular vehicle would be if a dealership or even a private party
would be selling it for as of 7-31-25
thank you to all Mercedes enthusiasts and owners !!
Special configurations/options will not increase the value of a "totalled" car.
That is what the market dictates. Insurance goes off market value not "sentimental", or a "feeling". Now if you are talking agreed value..my statement stands, market dictates price.

I'm on your side philosophically and emotionally, but logic dictates somewhere around $58K because of your mileage. I hope you get more.

Except the first one. Perhaps I'm not paying attention, but I can't see if it's a wagon or sedan. Either way, tons of these have been sold on BringATrailer. They even have a graph that'll appear. You'll have to click each one to check the miles and then manually put those on your copy of the graph. This type of market data is what you'll need for the insurance company. Here are 2019 E63s W213 minus wagons (aka, sedan)
E63s the chart is a little blurry. Is it possible for you to repost it again for me as well as telling me where it came from I would greatly appreciate it.
Thanks
Telling you what I pay is irrelevant, because of stated value, location, modifications, mileage, and intended use of the car.
what are the down sides of collectors insurance as you see it?
Looking forward to learning about the differences since you brought it up a few posts ago

I am 40 years old. I live in Phoenix, AZ. I have had no speeding tickets or violations of any kind for the past 7 years. I have a collision claim last April when my Sous Chef backed into my E63 and broke the headlight. $5600 later, yeah don't break your headlight. I also have 4 comprehensive claims for four windshield replacements. I live in AZ and have 6 cars, and at a minimum you will replace your windshield at least once a year. The windshield in the E63 was replaced with OEM glass and it cost $2777.00. USAA has paid out $8500 for two claims on my E63 which were not my fault. I bring these up because, both the collision and the comp claims greatly affect your CUE report. The CUE report directly affects insurance premiums. Learn all about CUE reports, it is extremely enlightening. I am technically labeled a "liability" because of the claims I have on my CUE report.
With my USAA policy my I paid 5,055.28 annually for my E63S. That came out to $423 a month. However the coverages below are across my whole fleet of six vehicles.
That is with:
Bodily Injury Liability: $1,000,000/1,000,000
Property Damage Liability: $500,000
Uninsured Motorist Bodily Injury: $1,000,000/1,000,000
Undersinsured Motorist Bodily Injury: $1,000,000/1,000,000
I also I have a $1,000,0000 dollar umbrella policy as well.
That is with "unlimited" mileage. I drove 9800 miles last year in the E63. But that was with six round trips to California at 900 miles a pop from Arizona. In the circumstance that the car were to be totaled they would only pay out fair market value.
With my American Collectors policy I pay $3,890.79 annually. That comes out to $324.00 a month.
That is with:
Bodily Injury Liability: $250,000/500,000
Property Damage Liability: $100,000
Uninsured Motorist Bodily Injury: $250,000/500,000
Undersinsured Motorist Bodily Injury: $250,000/500,000
I have a mileage cap of 5000 miles a year. The car has to be garaged at my primary residence. I cannot "daily drive" the E63S and had to provide proof that I have other "daily driver" vehicles. I had to take pictures of the engine, all body panels, interior, wheels, and odometer.
I also had to provide receipts for modifications. ECU, TCU, CPC Tune, Spool HPFP, Catless Downpipes, PPF, ect
This was for the agreed value of $75,000 for the policy.
So there is a give and take.
My USAA policy had better coverages, but was more expensive.
My AC policy has lower coverages and more restrictions. However if the car were to be totaled they will pay the agreed value not fair market value.
The newness of my E63 has worn off, so road trips to California will not be taken and I dont drive it as often as before. So the milage isn't a problem. If I want to take the E63 to Cali, I have a truck and car trailer.
