E 53 AMG - BIG PROBLEM :(

If not, try to go with the shop foreman for a longer drive and tell him your exact issue.
my guess could be the turbo … since you are saying it happens at high revs (full throttle)

I installed a used turbo for a while, but only the turbo without the valve, and I wanted to see if anything would change, but there was no change.....

maybe try another mb dealer and ask for either shop foreman or AMG service technician to go with you
just using another analogy on the e63 which many pre-facelift owners had the RMS problem , there are no codes on the dash at all.

second video: 0:08. This happens in every gear when I shift from higher gears to lower ones in these rpm ranges.
MB bought back my 2020 E53 coupe for lemon law. Different issue, but still. Transmission problem, it wouldnt actually accelerate from 1st to 2nd after a downshift (second to first, the accelerate) and small pause if you accelerate, nothing would happen...it woudl just coast for like 0.5-1.0 seconds, then BAM, just TAKE OFF full accel. was crazy. No codes. Super dangerous. Press the "gas" and NO GO, then when you are LIKE WTF as a truck approaches, it just blasts.
Anyway, they bought it back PLUS paid me damages - didnt even really have to fight much for it - I complained, they made an offer, I countered, they accepted and paid.
Beautiful car but...POS.

The best way to test will be a single gear pull to the redline. You'll want somewhere that you don't have to be on and off the throttle so frequently.
