All steering wheel buttons and stalks not working
All steering wheel buttons and stalks not workingHi guys wounded if anyone can shed some light on a problem I have with my W213 E63S, it’s been driving fine with no errors and yesterday I went to start it and loads of error messages came up in the centre of the instrument cluster saying air bage right side, electronics diff, traction control, wipers, and lot more not working and drive at 50 mph.
None of the buttons or stalks are working won’t go into drive or reverse, engine starts okay but can’t move it.
Has anyone had this problem or does anyone know what the cause of this problem may be ie ECU, steering column module and why this has just suddendly happened out of the blue on a car with only 13.5k on it ???

I'm no expert on these happenings, but I'd suggest disconnecting the negative battery terminal for a time and see if that clears things up. I realize this isn't a "fix" for anything that might actually be wrong, but if things with your car were fine just yesterday... 🤔
Also, do you or can you regularly connect a trickle charger (CTEK/noco etc..) to keep you battery healthy between drives?
Hope this just ends up being a fluke and clears up.
