M276 E43 Start Up Cold Start

Hello guys, I own a 2018 E43 AMG. This car has 30k miles, and is tuned. I have a catless downpipe and straight pipe. Oil changes every 3-4k miles. I wanted to make sure with yall that this cold start sounds normal to you all. I am very worried and feel like I hear the timing chain not really sure. The start up was a cold start after sitting for 16 hours. Some people have told me it’s normal some have told me not normal. I feel like it’s normal, the car hasn’t given me a CEL. I will also post another video of the car after literally a second after the cold stay video as the forum didn’t let me upload 2 videos. Please let me know what you all think and if my car is okay or
not.

Well the forum won’t let me upload a second video but the car sounds fine as it is warming up after the cold start. Just wanted some light shed on the cold start to see if it’s normal.

I do not hear anything out of the ordinary in the available video. That said it might be outside of my audible range with my old ears. Don't see the second video yet.

Used to have an M276 NA 3.5 V6 in a 2015 GLK. Owned the car 10 years - the engine sounded the same as yours on start up. Your environment does not look that cold - what was ambient temp at start up ?
