e53 AMG Cab roof stuck in lowered position
Need help.
my roof is atuck in the open position..the cover is up right, I cannot see what the issue is. could be a partion problem. I need to adjust the partition but the trunk wont open. I have no clue as to how to manually open the trunk.
If any one has some advise Id appreciate it.
1.cannot close nor open the trunk. roof will not move
2. need to understand how to either release the rear seats from inside the car or release the trunk.

I had that problem last year, the top was "half down", and was literally vertical. I tried reaching roadside service, and they were worthless. Drove slowly home, and to the dealer the next morning. It ended up being the "latching mechanism" which if I recall correctly, was a $2,500 job. My car was a 2019 with just over 50,000 miles, purchased and serviced since new at the dealership. They were able to get it "good willed" for me.
