2019 E63S and 2014 CLS 63S
For reference, I have a 2019 E63S modified with 48k miles. Since you have a 19 with 37k miles, if you haven't had the rear main seal (RMS) and oil vapor separators (OVS) inspected I would do that. That is usually the mileage that those start having issues.

it IS the highest mileage W213 currently. I know someone was biting at my heels but off by 20k miles.
Well basic maintanance items.
Just has the ball joints replaced at 150k miles.
I am monitoring front diff for a leak.
But beyond that.. everything else works like a champ!

I believe in this cars, things go sideways from lack of use. My car get driven year round

Amazing how reliable these cars are given the type of performance they have
And congrats on putting so much miles on yours, they deserve to be driven

No, I just replaced the battery myself about two months ago as I was seeing some really odd behavior and the battery was OEM from 2018. Purchased a new H8 AGM battery from Sam's club....$224. Total time to replace (i did the work), 15 minutes.

Note: all the sites were saying it was an H7 battery which is absolutely wrong.

My car currently has 33,445 miles on it and was picked up at the factory in Germany in Nov 2017. Had the battery replaced under warranty around mid 2020 because it wasn't holding a charge. Probably because it sat for quite a while without being driven during the CV19 days in CA. Coming up on six years on the new battery and its been working fine since then. I do put the battery tender on it now though if I'm not going to be driving it for a while.
