Got Rear Ended
Hi All,
I got rear ended tonight, I am very upset. The damages don’t seem very bad and everything works however I am very worried about the quarter panel since it is part of the structure and if it will ever go back to being the same.

Ugh sorry to hear that OP, I heard about Weston MB collision, no experience with them though.
You're most welcome hope they get it all fixed up and you can enjoy it again. The pre-facelift C238 with stardust was always so elegant that MB will never build again.
Besides the insurance, consider making a diminished value claim to be compensated for the lost value due to the accident showing up on your car's history.

Unfortunately that is not a thing in Canada there is also no lemon law here either.

If you have the financial resources, you can still sue your insurer in a civil case. You must provide the court with a certified appraisal report, whether the car is a "classic" or "extremely limited edition", etc.
I recalled there was such case law happened like 10 yrs ago or so and it involved an Audi R8

Sounds like it will take a long time though that is the problem with court cases, it is time consuming thanks for the tip. Even OPCF43 doesn't do anything for diminished value and only makes sense for those who finance or lease, only useful when totaled.
All repairs we’ve had done at Oakville have been great - “like new” - and never had to go back for any issues after.

It was a cross road snowplow pile across all lanes I bravely AWD gunned through, which turned out to be ice chunks. Broke the front bumper cooler vent canards, there’s a thread somewhere I can’t find.

Ouch, I can relate, I've been there done that a few different times back then : ( just not the front bumper but suspension instead.

I made a mistake in my list - the A220 we had repaired in Kitchener at a non-MB shop and there is overspray all under the car and even the jack point pucks are now body color. The repair still looks good and is holding up but…

I will take it to the MB Oakville then, I gotta say Range Rover’s pain fell off but Mine stayed very solid.
