Video Comparison: Vtech tune vs stock CLS 63 AMG
Here is a rough comparison of Ready2Roll Vtech tune CLS 63 AMG vs the stock CLS 63 AMG.
Check out the time differences at various speeds.
Vtech vs Stock
I'm guessing there is about 8-11 MPH difference.
It also seems that at 81MPH when both cars enter 4th gear. The stock CLS AMG is at 127MPH and still has more to go for 4th gear. While the Vtech at 126 MPH is already in 5th gear. Other factors that may need to be considered between the two videos are elevation, weather, grade and ect. Assuming same conditions there might even be more of a MPH difference.
Anybody want to do the math and figure out how many car length differences from 50MPH to 127 MPH would produce between the two.

I've never looked at those videos back to back before, but you are right the difference is HUGE
Considering I was running consistent 11.3's on street tires with the Vtech tune VS what a stock car runs i'd venture to say about 10 car lengths difference in the quarter mile
If you think the quarter mile times are impressive you should feel the pull to 160 plus mph

That would be interesting. I'd love to line up with someone with the Renntech tune so that we can compare the two. I haven't seen any Renntech cars run this kind of ET on street tires, or this high of a mph in the 1/4 mile though

MY P30 VS vtech
last saturday i met up with a bunch of friends at the local cars and coffee. after breakfast i went up against a vetch cls63! my car has p31 package his didn't come with it. also i have the limited slip differential, he doesn't. so VTECH vs P30 i wouldn't say these were perfect runs but they're realistic for someone who's daily driving this car. the VTECH cls went to the track the weekend before and beat a ferrari 458..

his car is pretty light. sounds soo much better than the v8TTs too. he has the weistec engineering tune, secondary catdelete, and filters..
1st pull clearly the v8tt takes the c63
2nd pull id say we were even then i roll off the throttle because of the car ahead
3rd pull was a false start on the c63s part. he went at the 2nd honk

well don't count my word on Vtech, we only saw Vtech on dyno and drag once, i have a PP also and i smoke the non PP about 3 cars length, and you can see the Brabus tuned (dbasons55) smoked me about 4 cars length.
so try with a RT tuned or Brabus. there is a diffrence.
i tried with all of them from 100km - 250km.
