Those look like builder's plans for a house... Maybe it's a "safe room" for that beautiful Ferrari... And second thought -- look at the background, it's an active construction site.

yeh...I'm building a new house in the oakland hills for myself, wife and kid.
funny you should mention "safe room".
I'm putting in an underground lift where 2 cars will be lowered underground, while 2 remains on top.

I'm currently fixing up the landscaping of our current home.
Will be renting it out once I complete the new pad....saving this one for my kid as his starter home.
