2007 CLS 63AMG
thermostat replacement
2007 CLS 63 AMG. I was replacing the drive belt and moved a hose breaking the plastic piece off the thermostat. Cursing as the coolant streamed out of the engine...help. Looking for DIY.

damn I wish I did a write up same thing happened to mine when my belt ripped and threaded everything to poop lol good luck I know one bolt was a pain but was only 3 and very doable took about 20 mins

This isn’t something you want to do as a repair. Buy the unit and install it. Takes 20 min to 1/2 hour at most.
