Tire size for 7 x 16 AMG monoblok on W124
I need to buy tires for 7 x 16 AMG Monoblok wheels for my 92 300TE 4matic
M-B suggests 205/55/16 front and rear
or 205/55/16 front and 225/50/16 rear
Some owners have run 215/55/16 on 16" wheels on a W124 I've heard
I could use help on which size to buy
I have a set of 15" OEM wheels with winter tires so I am looking for advice on a summer type tread
A treadwear rating of 400 is probably right as I am not a fast driver
All comments appreciated
