Micheline PS2s - no direction of rotation?

Micheline PS2s - no direction of rotation?
Just mounted my new rims with PS2's - love the handling and road noise is minimal.
They do not appear to have a rotational direction indicator, only the word "Outside" on the sidewall. Is this correct? The tread certainly looks as if the direction of rotation would be important. Does this mean they could be rotated side-to-side? I thought that was a no-no with radials. It's relevant since the right rear (in non LSD cars) gets a LOT more wear.
This is an E55 staggered set (245 front, 275 rear)

So Luke can I rotate the rears side-to-side to compensate for wear on the right rear (a big problem with original PS)? That would change the direction of rotation ...
