Can I fit 19's

Greetings Everyone,
I have a 2001 CLK 430, and I was wondering if I kept my stock suspension could I get 19x8.5 f with 235/35/19, and 19x10 r with 265/30/19?
What would be the correct offset for these wheels?
What would be the best setup for lowering my car with these wheels?

Thanks for any help you can give me.

Would I still need to roll the fender lip if I went with 19x9.5 in the rear of a lowered car?

And would the Koni adjustible shocks be the best for lowering the car and still maintaining the ride quality?
