Where to put my H&R lowering springs on?

Where to put my H&R lowering springs on?
I was just wondering where I oculd get my lowering springs put on at? I have had trouble finding a place to get them put on. Can a Mercedes dealer put them on the car? later.

I figured that but I have tried alot of places around. Does anyone near franklin or Nashville TN know where I could get them put on at? I'm starting to get pissed. 
and do I have to order some new shocks for the springs?
