Luke - AMG 5-spoke 203 availability & Pirelli Nero M&S

Two questions:

1. I'm planning to buy the 17x7.5 AMG 5-spoke 203 for my 98 E320 4Matic from you this August. I noticed that the wheel is currently out of stock with an estimated availability date in July. Is this estimated date accurate, or should I be concerned about the wheel being discontinued?

2. Am seriously considering the Pirelli PZero Nero M&S 235/45/17. What is your opinion of this tire, particularly as an all-season tire? Dedicated snow tires really aren't an option for me, as I'll only be in snow country for one more winter. Currently have Michelin MXV4s, which were adequate for me in the snow in St. Joseph (just north of you) this past winter. From what I've read, the MXV4s are pretty mediocre in snow, so I'm hoping the Pirelli tire will do okay. If the Nero M&S is about the same in snow as the MXV4s, that would be okay for my needs.

depends on the weather

#1.) the wheels will be here on 7-7-05 or possible a couple of days sooner
#2.) if you were able to get by with the MXV4's you will love the Pirelli's
