W210 wheel question re: offsets

I have a 99 E320 that has the factory wheels that I'm not crazy about. I wanted to stay with 16" and liked the wheels that came on the stock E430 models (not the sport model).
I went on ebay and was able to find some wheels here and there from 3 different sellers (couldn't quite find a set from one seller). Anyway now that I have all the wheels, I've noticed they aren't all identical.

2 are MB factory wheels that are 7.5 x 16 and have offset of ET41

1 is also MB factory wheels that is 7.5 x 16 with offset ET35

1 is a TSW replica that is also 7.5 x 16 and ET35 (seller did not accurately represent wheel as being replica)

They all look alike and I want to mount them. Will I encounter any problems? Should I mount the et41 on the front or rear due to any aesthetic reason. Need help from anyone knowledgeable about this. Thanks!
