Falken ST-115 vs Toyo T1-R's

Falken ST-115 vs Toyo T1-R's
So, tomorrow I will be purchasing tires for me wheels.
Which one would you guys recommend out of those two.
Falken ST-115 run for around 110 each and have a thread wear rating of 360.
Where as...
Toyo T1-R's run for about 140 each and have a rating of 280.
I really like both tires but I really can't make up my mind. The tires will be for daily driver, maybe sometimes a little run here and there. Any help is appreciated. Also, any other recommendations would be nice. I size is 225/45-17's.
