Question need help with wheels for 01 c320

i am looking for some chrome wheels for my 2001 c320. i am interested the gianelle v-5.

what is the size of the lip on this wheel. i am thinking about the 18" wheel. is there a staggered fitment for this size? or can you vary offsets to get the staggered look? what would this do to the ride of the car?

will the 19" wheel fit without drastically distrupting the smooth ride? i know that there is a 19 x 8.5; 19 x 9.5 staggered fitment available. will this fit my car without rubbing? or would the fenders need to be rolled?

will the 18" and 19" give a good clean look or will i still need to install some springs to get the best look? i don't want to look like a 4x4. if lowering is reccommended, how much? in front only or both front and rear? what is the average cost of lowering? parts and labor? what kit would you recommend?

can you tell me the correct offset and tire sizes for the 18" and the 19" staggered fitments. or is there another wheel that you might recommend? thanks for all of your help.
