Will 37mm offset fit on stock 31mm offset?

Will 37mm offset fit on stock 31mm offset?
I'm looking to buy a set of winter rims for my 06 c230. For the 05-06 c230, the offset is 31mm. would i be able to fit a set of 37mm offset rims on my car? would it drive properly?

might need 5mm spacers to make it look proper. ET37 seems a bit high for a W203. The 5mm spacers will give you an effective offset of 32mm which will look the same as your current ET31 setup.
