Sway Bars Clk55
im thinking of changing my sway bars but keeping everything else stock, i like the ride and if i lower the car i cant run 275's anymore
do u think i should do front and back or just front?
i want to get rid of the understeer and the tendency for the car to kill the front tire shoulders when driven hard
any other sugestions?

im thinking if i stiffen the front up it will not transfer as much weight on the out side front.
u c where im coming from?
what do u think?

............the pratical hold back is that I do not think that there are CLK55 sway bars thicker than the stock AMG ones. I have Renntech sway bars on my CLK and thought they were thicker. It turns out that they are simply the same AMG sway bars that were re-packaged by Renntech. The Eibach sway bars are also identical to the AMG ones.

depends on the weather
stiffen up the rear and the car will rotate better thus, not forcing the front tires to work as hard reducing the "roll" effect you mention .... more air pressure in the front will also help
