How often do you change tires? (w203)

well i posted on one of the other members topic b/c it was somewhat similar, but no response. So to those of you with this model and have 19's, and lowered on, how often do you have to change your tires? i'm curious b/c my boss told me if i did that you would have to be changing tires twice a year and low pros are not cheap! and also if somebody can post a pic of one with a 19 in and one with 18 in. with a nice size lip.

Depends on what kind of tires, as well as the mileage.

thanks ricky, can always count on you for the quick reply. true, but i guess what i'm trying to get at is, if rubbing is a huge reason why the tires won't last long. i'm asking b/c i would rather get 19's but don't want to give up the fact that it is a 4 door sedan that can seat 4 people without having to worry about rubbing the tread away. Plus i haven't seen any nice 18's on a w203.

You can get almost any style in 18" that you can get in 19"

Have you thought about rolling your fenders?

you know ricky, i don't know what rolling fenders mean and i searched it, but it seems as if everybody but me knew what it is. If it means, shaving off some of the fender, i am definetly not into that. i know that you can get 18's in the 19's style, but i haven't seen one on 18's that look nice, unless somebody can prove me wrong! haha.

Rolling your fenders means kinda flattening the material on the inside of the wheel well, because that's usually the spot where your rims+tires will rub.

If you aren't into that, then you're kinda stuck.
