New Tires for C 240?

I am planning on replacing the Continentals that came with my C 240 with some better tires, but I have no idea what I should put on instead. I do want performance tires, as I regularly take my car up to 110 mph. I live in the Bay Area, so the worst weather I have to drive in is rain. Any suggestions?
