17" AMG Staggered Wheels on a W124 Coupe?
I recently bought a 1995 E320 coupe - it's my first Benz & so far, I love it.
Unfortunately it came with these really nasty 15" chrome wheels which do nothing for the car. I've spent a few months looking at the options & have decided that I like the 17" AMG monoblock aero wheels. I'd like to buy the staggered set (7.5" wide fronts & 8.5" wide rears), but I haven't seen any coupe's with this set up. Is there a reason for this?
If anyone has a 300ce / E320 coupe with staggered wheels - please let me know if there is anything special required for them to work without rubbing etc. Pictures would be greatly appreciated.
