Best tire for CLK55 in Vegas?

Best tire for CLK55 in Vegas?
I want best tires that I can get for my CLK55 that will go on my 19" rims (235, 265). I am absolutely sick of wheel spin. I want my new tires to grip and hold the car on a launch and corners. Weather here in Vegas is dry and hot. Cold in winter, but no ice. How are those PS2s, any other suggestions?

I really like my 245/45WR-18 Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 XL front, and 275/40YR-18 Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D3 rear. You will hardly ever get them to spin. (I call them big feet.) Very sticky and great ride. I believe they will work on your car, but check The Tire Rack site, or call Luke, for better information.

depends on the weather
either the Eagle or the PS2 ... both great tires .... the Eagle rides nicer and last longer but, the PS2 is better at launching in the dry, hot conditions
