Question about Carlsson fitment on a W211

Question about Carlsson fitment on a W211
Found a set of 19" Carlsson 1/16 brilliant edition. These are the specs listed:
2 wheels: 8,5JX19
2 wheels: 10JX19
Bolt pattern 5-112
front 245/35/ZR19
rear 275/30/ZR19
Will these bolt onto my W211 or do I need some kind of spacers? I'm just worried about my lug bolts fitting into the holes.
