Luke, max size tires for 030 rims on SLK55

I posted in the wrong forum so moving here.

Anyone know what the largest width I can go to on the front and rear rims of the 030 package?

Best Regards,

Jesse

Thumbs up

Luke will answer you when he gets back to work after the weekend. I haven't caught him in a wrong answer yet -- and that goes back to a Volvo forum in 2000(!)

depends on the weather
235/255 combo will work but, the 225/245 combo is a better fit since it will not reduce your acceration like the 255 rear tire would

Thanks

Thanks for you input. I'm planning on modding so I'm just looking for more tire.

depends on the weather
running the 255 rear tire which is taller will alter the gear ration making the car accelerate slower from a stand still
