My tire exp. w/ Kumho Ecsta Supra's (712) on C32
Just thought I'd contribute a bit. On 11/08/2004 I wrapped my stock 17" rims with new Kumho Ecsta Supra's (712). At the time my C32 only had 25,630 miles. The car is a stock, daily driver and it has never been to the track (although I do drive hard on occasion). So the 712's rated at 280AAA only needed 17 months and just under 14K miles to go COMPLETELY BALD in the rear - the insides are acutally showing steel. The fronts have hardly any tread either.
Just my 2 cents.
Oh yeah, later this week I'm looking at getting Goodyear F1 GS-D3's but not sure I want to spend $150-$200 per tire. (edit) Sweet, looks like tirerack has them on sale

depends on the weather
I'm not surprised with your experience .... the 712's tend to work better with light weight under powered cars .... and you will LOVE the Eagles
