Shocks/Springs for 97 C230 (W202) from tire rack

I'm looking at tire rack website for suspension for my C230 (w202)

I have 4 choices:

1. KYB + Koni springs (I really don't know how this spring compared to HR ) $394

2. KYB + HR springs $470

3. KONI shocks/Springs kit $504

4. HR cup kit. $680

#4 should be the best but too pricey. Trying to limit myself to $500.

how do they compare? I don't race, I'm not aggressive driver. but I feel my stock shocks are very floaty (maybe due to 15" tires)

Go for # 3.
# 4 is wayyyyy to low, unless you're trying to get the Lowrider Look.
You can adjust the Konis to your liking ( soft, medium, hard ).

I know koni shocks are one of the best available in the market but I'm not familiar with koni springs since they're new. and very cheap price for the springs raise questions the performance if them.

has any one used/heard of koni springs?

club202.com seems to believe that the koni springs were outsourced to eibach. good quality nonetheless

can anyone confirm the eibach pro part # for 97 W202 (c230)?

I just received eibach pro kit I purchased.
I opened the box and

2544.001
2544.002

written on the springs.

I searched and found 2544.140 is for my application.

what are .001 / .002 / .140 means?
I thought .001 / .002 indicated fronts and rears.
but why are they differnt from .140?
revision number perhaps?

I just wanted to make sure this set is correct set for 97 C230.
