Offset 38 on a w208

I have a 2000 clk 430 with stock wheels/suspension. im debating on 2 tires right now, the MANDRUS MILLENIUM in 19" (not chrome). or some monoblock 6 replicas.

anywho, the mandrus millenium are a 38 offset. will this work if i go with them?
