AS Design

Need to know how much would 13" tires in the rear of my car (94 E500 body) stick out? What off-set would I use? & what rims come in this size? I think the tires would probably be 315's?

P.S. right now IM using 275/30/19's I think the rim is a 9.5" & the off-set is 27L.
