Rim offset for W208: LUKE Help!!
Luke , or anyone...
Do you know if a 25mm front and 35mm rear wheel offset fit on a CLK W208
without the need for spacers. I'm sure the rear will be fine, I'm not sure if I will need spacers for the front. The wheels are DPE's R07.
Thanks in advance

Luke, correct me if I am wrong, but, the lower the offset the closer the wheel gets to the outer fender? Spacers reduce that number. For example, a 25mm offset plus a 10mm spacer = 15mm offset. 25mm might be a bit aggresive for a 208?

Luke!!! Help!! Is 25 offset too agressive for a W208 CLK?? Will I need a spacer? Need help before I buy these wheels. I won't buy the wheels if I need spacers in the front.

That et25 is too low. The wheel will stick out toward the fender side. The lower the offset the less the wheel goes inward. So, putting a 10mm spacer on that et25 would reduce the offset of et15 and stick out further. The only way to make that front work (considering if all else is correct) is to have the rear mounting pad shaved back 10mm from et25 to et35. DPE may offer that service.
