Will the MAE 19" crown jewel with et +35 offset clear my 01' CLK55 front calipers? Also, will a et +47 fit on the rear w/o any problem?

I do not have access to the technical drawings of the MAE wheels so, I can not answer that part of your question and for the second part the 47 offset is too high so, it would not properly fit your CLK
