Center Cap Removal

Is there ANY WAY to remove the center caps on my factory AMG rims without scratching or damaging the wheels short of taking the wheels off and popping the caps out from behind? I just got a set of aftermarket AMG logo center caps and want to replace the plain tri-star ones. Thanks!

It will destroy the caps, but you can thread a wood screw (or lag bolt) through the plastic cap and pull.

Thanks!

Thanks! I would not have thought of a suction cup or a wood screw. I will try a suction cup first, but I really wouldn't miss the stock "star" center caps if a had to drive a screw through them to pop them off.

depends on the weather
