New tires needed CL65 - advice please.

I bought my '05 CL65 a few months ago and would like to replace the rubber....still a noob here and not much of a tire expert. Guessing about 3/4th of the tread is gone and slippage is getting worse. My daily driving is primarly straight line stuff, to/from work, lots of stop lights. I've been looking at these on Tire Rack. What sticky tires do you recommend for the best standing starts? The stock Pilots?

Thanks Luke, can you also tell me what the 'PS' option means on the Michelin Pilots?

Luke,

The last tires I had on my S55 were the RE050A Pole Positions, and I liked them a lot. They don't seem to be available for all four corners of my '06 S65. Do you expect they will come out with the 245/40-19 for the fronts?

same question.. currently have stock front 245/40-19 and rear 275/35-19
. But would like to put RE050A Pole Position front 245/35WR19 XL , and rear 275/30WR19 XL (or 275/35WR19 XL??) ... Will it be OK? Should I use /30 or /35 for the rears?

Thanks.
