I know its my third time to ask these but need clarification. I know you mention that the problem that i might encounter is bolt from the original wheel. I am planning to transfer my original wheel of my E500 to my E430 using the original lug from my E430. Would that be a problem. Both have the same lug pattern 5-112mm but would the offset be a problem being the E430 has an offset 35mm and the E500 varies with the wheel design.

I would appreciate your thoughts on these matter.

yes it would be a problem ... the w210 bolts have a 12mm radius seat and the w211 wheels use a 14mm radius seat .... here's a crude picture to show you want I mean .... (i.e. 1000 words)
