I am looking for summer tires for my c32 and know I would like continentals but went on their site and was confused as to which is higher rated - the contact sport 2 or contact sport 3. The 3s are not on your website but are on the official continental site and are well rated. I was not happy with the Goodrich G-force T/A KDW because of the noise and stiffness. Can you make a recommendation? I drive it hard on the backroads and want a sticky tire and don't want to be limited by rain. I like the original equipment sizes. I love to corner fast and the goodrich's didn't do it for me.

The Conti Sport Contact 3 is the newest version and the '2' will be discontinued soon. I would go with either the Eagle F1 GS-D3 or the Potenza Re050A Pole Position as both are better tires IMHO

continental?
Luke:
Thanks so much. I will look into the GY and Potenza. I don't know much about Potenza but will research it.

I put the Potenza RE960's AS on in place of Extreme Contacts on a C230. Track better, run quieter, corner better. Haven't had any real rain yet after 1500 miles (spring has been very dry). When they do break loose (and you have to work pretty hard to get this to happen), very predictable.
