Luke...sugg. on new tires for 2001 S600
They've been great, 300 treadwear on a Z rate. But, a touch rough for the fine micro vibration picked up from 80mph highway driving road imperfections.
Wonder if there is a new or better tire on market for a good wearing Z or V that gives an extremely smooth ride, treadwear in 300 range, with good handling for such a heavy car. The ABC "active suspension" system is great but it is a touch rough for a luxo sedan (I go "driving" in my Z8), so I need the tires to be both sporty and smooth riding.
I'm keeping the stock 17" that came with car.
Any sugggestions on either getting another set of XGT Z 4 or should I try V in the XGT line or does Dunlop or Pirrelli have something better. I'm in Atlanta so the only consideration for weather is rain.
I would suggest soemthing that is designed for more ride quality than the Pilot XGT Z4. I think you should take a serious look at the Bridgestone Turanza Z Revo which not only offers superior ride quality but performs better in the rain.
