Luke: 4matic suspension
Luke, I see that tirerack offers the Bilstein shocks, but are they compatible with the 4matics? I checked the Bilstein web site and the part numbers for the 4matic are the same with the RWD version. Are these any different?
What about the Koni will those work with the 4matic?
Thanks
-Nick

Awesome..
Between the two, koni and bilstien, which are better. I have heard good things about both, but I am leaning toward the Koni since they are adjustable.

OLD THREAD ALERT! From what I see the difference lies in the length of the front spring. I'm in the process of finding out what I can do to drop my 2001 W210 4Matic around 1.5". I'll update in W210 forum.

here's the deal...
I bought a set of Brabus springs for my W210 4Matic. I'm awaiting arrival and I'm so excited. I've found out alot of things regarding the front suspension. For the W210, it's not the same. I've attached a picture of a stock photo from an OEM parts dealer. It's difficult finding anything other than stock for 4Matics, however, I'm not looking for an aggressive drop. Just something that can close that hideous gap.
