An Official Announcement from The Tire Rack
The entire Tire Rack Team is very excited to sponsor the MBWorld Wheel, Tire, Suspension and Brake forum.
We all know how important wheels, tires, brakes and suspension are to the appearance and performance of our cars and I view this as a fantastic opportunity to support and assist other driving enthusiasts.
As a moderator, I hope to assist all of the MBworld members offering accurate, prompt answers to the questions posted. With many years of experience in the automotive industry and access to a tremendous amount of technical info, and knowledgable industry insiders I can offer an objective, concise evaluation of the products you may be considering. If you need an immediate response please feel free to call me at 877-522-8473 ext. 362.
As you can imagine The Tire Rack recieves thousands of calls and occasionally you may get my voice mail when you call. I do return all messages that I recieve as soon as possible so, please if you do get into my voice mail, please leave your name and return phone number. You can also e-mail me directly at Luke@tirerack.com. Typically phone calls do get a faster response (because I type really slow). When you have a specific question to post on the forum please start a new thread because it is very hard to find all of the questions hidden in other threads. For faster response you can use my name in the title of your thread. I will personnally attempt to take care of every order that comes from the MBWorld, but in order to process your order faster when you place it through the MBWorld's Upgrade Garage or through our web-site type my name in the "previous contact" field so that I can find it faster.
