211 ('05)/E55-New Wheels & Tires from Tire Rack-Problem
Hi Group,
just bought new wheel/tread combo from Tire Rack. great service, but after getting wheels, they are rubbing and causing damage to fenders. getting rubbing on driver rear and front driver/passenger side/s. wheel info is below. have message into customer service, but have not heard back. suggestions/thoughts much appreciated as was gauranteed these would fit w/ no issues. the car is stock w/ NO lowering module etc. thanks.
here are the wheels (info from Tire Rack site)-thanks. one note, though says 265/30 for rear, sales rep mentioned tire size listed is a mis-print and should read 275/30 (which is what i have and was shipped on the rear wheels).
Weds Bavaria II's:
Front-
Size: 19x8
Offset: +32mm
Bolt Pattern: 5-112
Rec. Tire Size:245/35-19
**Lightweight: 25.5lbs.*
Rear-
Rear Fitment: 19x9
Offset: +30mm
Bolt Pattern: 5-112
Rec. Tire Size:265/30-19
**Lightweight: 27.5lbs.**

sorry for the problems you encountered and for the misinformation you recieved. Although, you did not call me directly I never like to here of a member having issues with The Tire Rack. Looking at the order information it looks like things have been resolved. Next time give me a call
