Question are my tires improperly installed?

Please excuse this basic question. I just got a 2006 C350 sport shod with Michelin Pilot Primacy tires. I see no directional arrows on the sidewalls, only the word "outside" written in nearly every language except pig-latin. If the tires are directional, then either my left side or my right side is the wrong direction.

Any input will be appreciated.

You're fine. Those tires are asymmetric, not directional. They can be rotated left to right without dismounting. That's the practical advantage of an asymmetric, non-directional tire.
