Alloy fitment on a 124 coupe

Alloy fitment on a 124 coupe
Hi,
It's my first posting here and I would appreciate some help please.
I have a '95 124 Coupe and have the opportunity to acquire a set of AMG alloys reference:- 201 400 15 02 7J x 15 ET 35 ( presumably off a 190) will they fit my car and do I need to change the wheel bolts.
The alloys need refurbishment, but are a vast improvement and more period than my current more modern mercedes alloys.
Any help would be appreciated
