HELP - What caliper paint to refinish AMG caliper?
Need your help here. The side of my AMG 6 piston calipers (near the AMG logo) were scratched during installation such that you can see the base black metal. I would like to either use touchup paint to fix it or to repaint it all together.
There are several "silver" caliper paints out there - does anyone know the best color to match the original AMG silver caliper color? Plus, the AMG finish seems like it has a final clearcoat coating - how can I get this same finish if I were to repaint it? Finally, the get the Black AMG logo, should I get a cutout of the AMG logo and use that to mask the silver area and paint with Black caliper paint?
