I have a 1991 Model W201 190E 2.5-16 AMG which is 204 hp.
I just bought tires for my car which are Goodyear Eagle F1 GS-D2 205/55ZR15 . Do you think I made the right choice?

The GS-D2's came as OEM equipment on my mom's 2001 E430. I don't know about your car and tires, but they are really loud at about 25MPH/40KPH, with a droning sound. I'm taking them to the track next Friday (8 Nov), so I'll get a better idea of its traction, but frankly, I haven't been impressed with this tire.
Keep in mind that the GS-D2's are a summer tire only, and if it snows where you are (I've never been to Istanbul in the winter), you may need another set of winter tires or all-season tires. Given that we live in New York City (where it snows regularly, but we don't have storage space for another set of winter tire), I'll be replacing the GS-D2's with a good all-season tire...I go back and forth between the Michelin Pilot Sport A/S or the Sumitomo HTR+, primarily due to price (US$210 per tire for the Michelins vs. US$100 per tire for the Sumitomos).
