18"tire Weights!?

Hi,

I was looking on tirerack web site and I was surprised that a Run flat tire (RE050A) in 255/35 weigth is the same as a non run flat tire RE050!!!

The run flat shoudn't be heavier?

Any one knows How much more weight the run flat tire have!?

PS: I installed some used RFT tires of my cousin with my new 18", and I don't notice a very harsh ride, almost the same as my 17" C7 wheels!
I have 1,7kg more at the rear (255/35r18 RE050A RFT now, before 245/40r17 with RE050A) and 1kg more at the front (225/40r18 PS2 run flat now, before 225/45r17 with RE050) (complete wheels)

I was thinking how much more weight I have with the Run flats in comparison with if I had a non run flat tires!?

One thing I noticed: REO50A are heavier, Pirelli pzero next and Michelin PS2 are the lightest!!
