"16 or "18 Rims for a G Wagen 280 GE LWB?
I have an '86 280 GE LWB. I have the original "16 rims on my G. I am contemplating purchasing a set of "18 rims but have been told that they would compromise highway handling (the vehicle would shimmy), etc.
Can you please tell me what you know about this and whether it is a negative going to a set of "18 rims?
