C-Coupe rims on a CLK?

C-Coupe rims on a CLK?
This week I'm moving up from a 2002 C-Coupe to a 2005 CLK 320.
In the Northeast for the winter I have been using 4 snows and rims (purchased from TR) on the C-Coupe.
Will the rims and tires I've been using on the C-C work on my CLK?
The rims are 16 x 7.5 5-112 MBZ ET41 MM MELLO 936550, TR part B936550SML.
Tires are 205/55HR16 Dunlop Winter Sport M2.
The CLK currently has Michelin 225/45 17 Pilots. I suspect them aren't even All Season
