New brake pads squeek.

New brake pads squeek.
I just installed a new set of ceramic pads and they are squeeking. Is this normal during the break in process? Its mostly when I turn. I can't imagine I did something wrong, it was a fairly easy install. They were EBC Red Stuff pads. Any ideas?

Couple of questions first.....did you use brake pad grease on the metal shims? Did you bed the pads properly, as shown on Zeckhausen's site, which is basically a bunch of 60mph to 10 mph hard stops in a row and then letting them cool off before coming to a complete stop? New or old rotors? If new, did you sand or clean the rotors with brake clean to get rid of the rust protectant from the factory? Is the noise always the same at any speed or just as you come to a full stop? What about reverse?
I've not used the EBC pads, but the Morse ceramics that I just installed with new rotors are whisper quiet.
