Rolling Diameter
If I changed the rolling diameter of my tires by lets say 2 inches from 29 to 27 would this mess with any of the electronics in the car such as the nav system due to throwing off the speedo or ABS system from my own stand point I see it reducing overall gearing bringing rpm up slightly to acheive a given mph the car in question is a 03 ML500.

Use something like this

to compute the magnitude of the change you're considering. Anything over a percent or two is asking for problems with steering geometry, which will affect handling and tire wear as well as brake, suspension and ESP electronics. My guess is that what you're proposing is not a good idea.
